Sorry, Houston…Hispanic Millennial Texans would rather live in San Antonio, Austin and Dallas!
Hispanic Millennials in the border states ranked San Antonio their top choice for best cities in the Southwest.
Austin came in at No. 5 on the survey and Dallas at No. 7, just ahead of Houston at No. 8.
The firm surveyed 804 respondents ages 18 to 34, asking them which cities in the Southwest were the best for their age group. San Diego, Los Angeles and Phoenix all also polled well on the survey.
“The highest-ranked cities have three commonalities: They are ethnic, affordable and youthful, including college towns as one anchor,” Havas PR North America CEO Marian Salzman said. “We all need to be keeping an eye on these cities as we think about where the next generation will flourish.”
